Step 4: Open a file or folder

Once you have found the file or folder you want to open in the Project Explorer window, simply double-click on it to open it. If the file is a supported file type in TopoCAD, it will open in a new tab within the TopoCAD interface. If the file is not supported, you may receive an error message.

If you want to open a file or folder in a different location on your computer, you can use the "Open" function in TopoCAD. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Click on the "File" menu located in the top left corner of the screen.
2. Select "Open" from the dropdown menu.
3. Navigate to the location of the file or folder you want to open.
4. Select the file or folder and click "Open".
