Step 2: Click on the Project Explorer icon

Once you have launched TopoCAD, the next step is to click on the Project Explorer icon located in the toolbar. The Project Explorer icon looks like a folder with a map inside it.

By clicking on the Project Explorer icon, you will be able to see a list of all the projects that you have created in TopoCAD. You can also create new projects, open existing projects, and delete projects from the Project Explorer.
